Faster than the hierarchy allows

Agile working methods are now at the top of the list of goals to be achieved by almost all large companies. When it comes to implementation, companies are divided into two camps: some believe that agility is simply a new management system that can be introduced and that’s it. It did work well with OKRs. The others, on the other hand, have realized that it can’t work that way, because agile working requires a profound cultural change. The easiest way to initiate this change is to do the necessary pioneering work on a small scale. Telekom Deutschland is one of the second-named companies. Here, the transformation to an agile organization is really taking off. Anna von Godin, Head of E-Sales at the  at the Bonn-based company tells me what this looks like in practice.
