About Ulrich Irnich (LinkedIn): Ulrich Irnich has been the CIO of Vodafone Germany since May 2020. His great passion is technical innovations and working as a leader with people and companies in situations of change. Before joining Vodafone Germany, he drove agile and digital transformation as CIO at Unitymedia. As Director of Simplification & Transformation at Telefónica, he was responsible for the radical simplification and transformation of the company. Prior to that, he was in charge of the start-up Cash & Phone and the Digital Transformation program of the E-Plus Group. Before joining E-Plus, he was responsible for the Managed Services business as Managing Director at Computacenter for several years and before that as Director for the SixSigma program at GE Capital.
